I read some of your blog and like a lot of what you say. One thing you did say on another blog about Sen Obama was that you were willing to give him a pass on Rev Wright because when it all blew up he threw him almost under the bus. I suggest this is exactly what kind of character we need to address in Washington. You see true character is what you do, when no one is watching. Why did he not say something 10 years ago. Was it the fact he was working for votes and now that it was looked down on, he had to say something. That is why Tiger Woods says Golf doesn’t build Character, it reveals character. You see golf doesn’t have referees and most penalties are called by the player on themselves. A long ways from the NBA or NFL right? Brother Obama could do wonders for the black race (can’t really say he is black as he is as much white as black) and the human race by not pandering to these causes which are as bad as the KKK we all hate. We need leadership not more anger and hate. Black youth need direction and education not anger for being lucky enough to have been brought out of Africa to America a couple hundred years ago. That was a blessing. All blacks in the USA are ahead of where they would be, had they stayed in Africa the last 200 years. Isn’t about time we were all Americans and forget the divisional titles. All equal. All children of God.

    Take care

Kristyna – It was great meeting you at Blaise’s New School class. Enjoy the holidays and get in touch when you have an opportunity. I’d love to speak to your friend about New Orleans and the lack of social services and supportive housing over there. Best – Matt Gross
